Winner Circle Wedding Packages

We like to offer our clients a complimentary one - hour consultation with a Winner Circle Events consultant to review your wedding / event day needs.  If you would like to meet in person, we would be delighted to treat you to coffee! 

*For weddings / events or even meetings beyond 200 miles, roundtrip, from our main office (zip code 91762), we request that our clients provide at least one/if not two nights of accommodations to manage wedding rehearsal and post-wedding clean up, as well as mileage, parking and valet reimbursement.  Winner Circle Events uses the IRS standard mileage rate of $0.545 cents (subject to change in 2019). Please note that destination weddings / events will have different requirements.

Superfecta (Full Package)

Customized rate, Request a Quote

  • Initial planning meeting with WCE Consultant 
  • Create a wedding / event budget 
  • One consultant throughout planning process (additional planner(s) may be available for additional fee)

All the Day of Services listed below, plus:

  • Up to 8 in-person meetings with vendor or for consultations with couple*
  • Unlimited communication via e-mail
  • Develop a month - by - month event milestone timeline and checklist
  • Event styling and etiquette consultation
  • Research ceremony and reception venue(s) and obtain an estimate
  • Reception and ceremony layout plan design
  • Offer a preferred vendor list according to your needs
  • Vendor coordination throughout planning process
  • Research, negotiate and attend vendor meetings
  • Book wedding/ event day transportation
  • Book wedding/event hotel room block
  • Coordinate and deliver hotel guest gifts / baskets from couple
  • Coordinate wedding party breakfast / brunch / lunch on wedding day
  • Assist with design and coordinate invitations
  • Contact all hired vendors and finalize event details
  • Check-list to help you stay organized both before and on your wedding day
  • Relay final head count to venue(s)
  • Finalize seating chart and floor plan
  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal up to 2 hours (additional hours available for a fee)*
  • Assist with Rehearsal Dinner set-up

Final Phase - Wedding / Event Day!

  • Up to 8 hours on wedding / event day with WCE Consultant (additional hours available for a fee)
  • Provide emergency wedding day kit
  • Production of detailed timeline
  • Assist vendors in adhering to timeline
  • Transport personal items from ceremony to reception if needed (i.e. floral arrangements, unity ceremony items, guest book, etc.)
  • Coordinate vendor set-up for flawless execution 
  • Prep event space for wedding toast, cake cutting and unity ceremony
  • Set up wedding decor not handled by specific vendors (i.e. escort cards, favors, guest book, table numbers, etc.)
  • Floral assistance (Distribute bouquets and pin boutonnieres, etc.). 
  • Deliver or coordinate lunch and snacks for the wedding party
  • Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities
  • Script emcee announcements during reception, including grand entrance and departure
  • Return personal or rented items to the couple / family members designated
  • Clean up post-reception (i.e. secure personal items, facilitate transportation and vendors, etc.)

Trifecta (Partial Event Management and Design Assistance):

  • Coordinate and deliver hotel guest gifts / baskets from couple
  • Coordinate wedding party breakfast / brunch / lunch on wedding day
  • Contact all hired vendors and finalize event details

Final Phase - Wedding / Event Day!

  • Up to 8 hours on wedding / event day with WCE Consultant (additional hours available for a fee)*
  • Provide emergency wedding day kit

Wedding Consultant’s Hourly Rate

  • ·         Hotel bookings for out-of-town guests
  • ·         Assistance with wedding gift registry
  • ·         Post wedding activity arrangements
  • ·         Weekend activity arrangements for guests
  • ·         Rehearsal dinner arrangements
  • ·         Decoration of wedding night suite
  • ·         Additional staff due to number of guests, limited set up time, multiple locations, etc.
  • Wedding Planner:____per hour *(Please email me for an estimate) *Traveling fee, parking fee, and tips to valet attendants may apply.
  • Assembling of Invitations / Programs / Favors (Minimum of $75 for every 100 items (based on the complexity of design)
  • Vendor Referral Service Only (1 category, 3 confirmed referrals)

Venue Search Service

Finding the right venue for the dream wedding: research many wedding venues in selected city or region and provide three venues with prices, availability, pictures, video, and contact information. (Email for an estimate)
